Her creative eye and hands-on approach play an important role in sourcing opportunities, planning renovations and shaping the vision and direction of the company.With strong technical and digital expertise, Lamiah oversees the company's digital presence and plays a key role In driving its technology, website development and online operations. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining the company's brand identity, from website design and digital content to social media strategy and marketing, Lamiah brings innovation to the way the business connects with its audience.

HARMONY DAVEY

Director
Harmony brings a warm, personable and people focused approach to Cliffton Property Holdings, with a natural ability to build strong relationships and deliver excellent client service. Her approachable nature and strong interpersonal skills make her a valued part of the team. With a keen eye for property styling, transformation and presentation, Harmony enjoys seeing the potential within a property and helping bring that vision to life.Harmony has a natural flair for creating spaces that are both inviting and marketable, with a strong understanding of thoughtful styling. Harmony will also play a key role in developing the company's social media presence and becoming a familiar face of the brand and sharing the journey behind the business. With her creativity, people skills and enthusiasm for property, Harmony is an important part of the company by helping to shape the company's future.

Sue Davey

Director
Sue had the original vision for Cliffton Property Holdings, having first developed the idea of establishing the company back in 2023. Since then, she has undertaken extensive research, building her knowledge and understanding of the industry, before deciding to turn that vision into reality alongside her two daughters, Lamiah and Harmony.Sue brings a warm, approachable and highly personable nature to the business, with excellent communication and client service skills. She is attentive to the needs of others and takes the time to build genuine professional relationships. Sue has a natural talent for seeing the potential in a property before the transformation has begun. She can visualise how changes to the layout and reconfiguring spaces could completely transform functionality and appeal.

Alisa is Lamiah's Mother-In-Law, and brings a personal connection to her role at Cliffton Property Holdings. With over 30 years' experience across the property and legal sectors, Alisa brings a wealth of knowledge in estate agency, conveyancing, compliance and risk management. Alisa's extensive experience provides a strong understanding of the property transaction process, combined with a meticulous approach to compliance and client service.Known for her approachable and caring nature, Alisa values building genuine relationships and making sure client's feel supported throughout their property journey. Her experience, attention to detail and dedication make her a trusted and reassuring member of the team, helping to ensure that every process is handled with care and professionalism.
